Our lead time from design approval to the T1 ranges from 4-8 weeks, contingent on the mold specifications and component complexity. 

Typically, this is 4-5 weeks for molds of small to medium size, and 8-10 weeks for large molds exceeding 1.5 meters in size.

The standard payment terms for tooling include a 40% deposit upon the placement of the purchase order, an additional 30% within seven days following the mold trial (T1), and the final 30% upon mold approval, prior to delivery.

For molding services, the standard payment terms require a 50% deposit at the time of order placement, with the remaining 50% balance paid before the shipment.
