Libor is well-versed in various quality and efficiency methodologies, including 5S, 8D problem solving, Total Productive Maintenance (TPM), Design Failure Modes and Effects Analysis (FMEA), Process FMEA, and the stages of Installation Qualification (IQ), Operational Qualification (OQ), and Performance Qualification (PQ).
