Jimmy Xie

Design Manager

Jimmy has 15 years of experience in the design and management of export plastic molds. He is well-versed in plastic mold structures and the standards of export mold accessories, including DME, HASCO, Staubli, Meusburger, Misumi systems. Jimmy is proficient in a range of design and CAD software, including PROE, CAD, UG, CATIA, Photoshop, 3DMAX, and rendering software. He is familiar with various mold structures, processing technologies, and the injection molding production process, enabling him to analyze the feasibility of injection defects and propose outstanding improvement plans. Jimmy’s designed plastic molds cater to a wide array of industries, such as automotive, electronics, household appliances, medical devices, and toys. He possesses a professional understanding of pneumatics, mechanical transmission, and mechanism design.

Charles Li

Project Engineer

Charles has 20 years of experience in mold management. He possesses a mature and advanced concept in mold project management and is capable of independently designing molds. Charles is adept at utilizing mold design software, as well as a variety of office applications. He is well-versed in all types of machining and manufacturing processes for precision molds. Charles demonstrates the ability to organize, control, and promote mold projects, effectively managing and ensuring mold quality and lead time. He excels in communication, coordination, contributing to his success in team management and collaboration.
