We are pleased to present our ISO Class 8 cleanroom, specifically designed for Liquid Silicone Rubber (LSR) molding. This state-of-the-art facility is a testament to our commitment to quality in the production of medical and healthcare products.


Cleanroom Specifications:

Cleanliness: Critical for medical and healthcare products, our cleanroom ensures manufacturing and packaging in a meticulously controlled environment.

Environmental Control: The cleanroom maintains stringent limits on environmental pollutants, including dust, airborne microbes, aerosol particles, and chemical vapors.

Particle Count: It adheres to a maximum particle count of 100,000 particles (≥0.5 µm) per cubic foot of interior air.

Air Filtration: Equipped with HEPA filtration that covers 4-5% of the cleanroom area.

Air Exchange: A minimum of 20 air exchanges per hour ensures precise control over air pressure, humidity, and temperature.


Molding Equipment:

Machines: We operate six liquid silicone injection molding machines within this cleanroom.

Tonnages: Available in 85T and 160T capacities to meet diverse production requirements.

Design: These machines feature an efficient feeding system combined with a high-quality injection system.

Mold Clamping: Vertical mold clamping ensures a well-sealed and precise adhesive injection process.

Rotary Table: The 360-degree rotating table design allows for multiple cavity and core inserts, significantly enhancing production efficiency.

This product features a minimum internal diameter (ID) of 14mm and incorporates numerous undercuts.
It is imperative that the product surface remains free from ejector pin marks, with a stringent dimensional tolerance of ±0.01mm.
