He had served as a mold manager and technical director at several well-known enterprises in Shenzhen before. He is adept at project management and is skilled in communication and cooperation with project teams, other departments, superiors, and subordinates. With 26 years in the mold industry, Mr. Huang is highly skilled in manufacturing management processes. He is well-versed in the ISO 9000 quality management system, ensuring consistent standards in production. Mr. Huang is adept in injection molding and subsequent processes, utilizing various mold manufacturing equipment. He has extensive experience in mold design, management, and manufacturing practices, as well as product design. His expertise extends to automotive, electrical, industrial, and home products, including complex two-color molds. As an experienced tooling manager, Mr. Huang is knowledgeable about diverse equipment, mold structures, their performance, and operational principles. His familiarity with these aspects enables him to effectively manage and lead manufacturing projects.
